Meshanna Merrow

Meshanna Merrow is a dynamic and community-driven professional with a diverse background spanning education, workforce development, public service, and administrative leadership. With hands-on experience supporting youth, families, and underserved populations across Nevada, she brings a strong blend of operational management, mentorship, and program coordination expertise.
Throughout her career, Meshanna has worked in roles that require both structure and compassion—from guiding high school students through college and career pathways as a GEAR UP Specialist, to supporting at-risk youth with workforce readiness and life skills training. Her experience also includes community health outreach, substance misuse intervention, and cross-agency collaboration to improve access to critical services.
In addition to her professional roles, she has demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities as a household manager, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and long-term planning. Her earlier career in law enforcement support, hospitality, and security further reflects her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and service.
Meshanna’s foundation in Human Resources, payroll, and grant support—strengthened through years of volunteer work and exposure to SHRM practices—adds a strong administrative and compliance-oriented perspective to her skill set. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration to continue expanding her professional impact and has a current bookkeeping certificate.
